YYour booking at Fortuna is the start of an exciting adventure in the Alps. Careful planning and consideration of the following information will help you to enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay.     • Our buffet breakfast can be booked as an option. Let us spoil you or enjoy your free time in the morning. For the first 1-2 days we recommend that you book breakfast in advance. It can then be booked flexibly as required during your stay. We ask for your understanding that meals are not provided in the rooms.
    • Our apartments are well equipped for self-catering. We are also happy to offer you our bread and rolls service.
  • euroPrices

    The prices of our rooms + flats are per unit/night and include VAT and incidental costs. The use of the wellness area is included for our guests during opening hours. Local tax and final cleaning will be charged separately on site according to presence. Prices, seasonal changes and errors excepted. We accept no responsibility/liability for technical errors or mistakes in online reservations from any booking platforms.

    Short stay surcharge
    For shorter stays, as well as for bookings over New Year's Eve, season opening/closing and on event weekends, a surcharge may be charged.

    Final cleaning
    per flat once € 110,00 - 120,00 (depending on unit)

    Local tax
    The current local tax is € 4.00 (from winter season 2024/2025) This information may be subject to change!)

    Silvretta Card Premium
    For the summer and autumn season 2024 you will automatically receive the Silvretta Premium Card worth € 6.00 per adult person / day of stay or € 3.00 per child / day of stay.

  • paymentDeposit & payment

    When you finalise your reservation, we ask for a deposit within a few days. You will receive the details with the booking confirmation. All advance and instalment payments will be taken into account when the invoice is issued. Cheques are not accepted.
    Bank transfers should be made to the following account at Raiffeisenbank Arlberg-Silvretta/Ischgl:

    Payment

    In the event of late arrival or early departure, the overnight stays will be charged according to the binding reservation. If fewer people are travelling, the bill will also be based on the reservation. Payment of the hotel bill can be made in advance by bank transfer. Settlement on site is also possible. We accept cash (Euro), Maestro Card and credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD). We do not grant refunds for services not consumed. Cheques are not accepted.

    Cancellation conditions for May to November 2023:

    Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before departure
    from 30 days before departure 70% of the total price
    from 14 days before departure 90% of the total price
    from 1 day before departure 100% of the total price

    Cancellation conditions for the winter season (end of November to beginning of May):

    Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
    from 3 months before departure: 40% of the total price
    1 month to 8 days before departure: 70% of the total price
    7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
    1 day before arrival and no-show: 100% of the total price

    In principle, the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply (AGBH). The place of jurisdiction is Landeck/Tyrol. The place of fulfilment is the place where the accommodation establishment is located. If reservations are cancelled within 1-3 months, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee. The cancellation notice must be received by us in writing and also confirmed by us in writing.

    We would like to point out that bank charges or transaction fees for credit card refunds are not covered by the hotel.

    Travel cancellation insurance is recommended for your personal safety. This should also apply in the event of COVID-19 illness before/after arrival.

    Internet

    Our house is equipped with WLAN. You are welcome to use this service free of charge. You will receive a code at reception which you can use to surf the internet or send e-mails. We do not accept any liability for failures.

    Trip cancellation

    Reservations

    If there are several bookings for a room/apartment of any category, we kindly ask for your understanding that we give preference to the earlier booking. We cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. Due to pre-bookings, we also ask for your understanding if there may be a difference in dates.

    Dogs

    Dog lovers can enjoy the presence of our house dog Asko, who loves to greet every guest personally and loves to cuddle. To ensure that all our guests and Asko have a good time together, we do not have any other pets visiting.
    Allergy sufferers do not need to cuddle and rooms/apartments are of course pet-free.
